This is a video inspection of an Ann Arbor home’s sewer line as narrated by a local exclusive buyer’s broker.
Having this video done cost the buyer a couple hundred dollars, but it ended up saving him a little over $4,000 because his buyer’s broker was able to negotiate a concession from the seller.
A lot of home inspectors wouldn’t have even mentioned the concern with the sewer line.
